Our Story

Duck River Realty is a real estate firm based in Columbia, TN founded by Nancy Kitchen. Originally focused on real estate services, Nancy slowly grew a solid base of clients to manage property. After Nancy’s passing in 2017, Duck River Realty continues to put emphasis on property management.  Duck River Realty works to maximize owner return on investment while providing a comfortable, clean place to live as a tenant.
